📦 Returns
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must request a return within 15 days after delivery. If your item qualifies: Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team. Once approved, we'll send the return address and instructions. After receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping). Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products due to hygienic reasons.
